Frank Morris was regarded and admired throughout his local community for keeping the streets virtually free of crime for the last couple of years, despite his young age, and is never seen without his iconic sunglasses. He is characterised as being brave, determined, and loyal to his badge. Among all this, he still maintains a sense of likability, yet still showing a strong fortitude in the face of danger. He was yet to leave a case unsolved; except he is used to dealing with only minor offences. Volnus however was another thing altogether. Frank was caught off-guard by Volnus, and soon found himself in the heart of his lair, bound by a rusty chain. Frank is not fond of defeat, and so shows great hostility for his captor. Brave but foolish.
